๐ŸŒ World Humanitarian Day ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ โ€“ A Day to Remember

The United Nations established this day in memory of the 2003 attack on the UN headquarters in Baghdad, where 22 humanitarian staff members lost their lives. Since then, it has become a symbol of resilience, solidarity, and compassion.

Why It Important

Humanitarian workers often put themselves at risk to provide food, shelter, medical care, and hope.

A Message for Us All

With so many problems like wars, climate disasters, and people having to leave their homes, their work is needed now more than ever. We’re all being asked to help in some wayโ€”by donating, volunteering, or just sharing information.
