The Ba***ds of Bollywood: A Review and What to Expect : After watching the incredible trailer for “The Ba***ds of Bollywood,” it feels like this Netflix series is going to be a huge hit. Interestingly, this marks the directorial debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s son, who is also the writer of the show. With Red Chillies Entertainment producing it, it’s a completely family-driven project.
The trailer is truly powerful, featuring numerous big Bollywood stars who are all actively promoting the show. Shah Rukh Khan and his family are also heavily involved in the promotions. Now, I’ll share my take on whether this show will be successful.
First, let’s talk about the cast.
In the Trailer, We see Bobby Deol, who is set to play a negative role. On the other side, we have Lakshya, the actor who captivated everyone with his action and charm in the film “Kill.” Joining them is Raghav Juyal, often called the “cockroach of the dance world,” who is now winning over audiences with his acting skills. With a veteran like Bobby Deol and rising stars like Lakshya and Raghav, we can definitely hope for a super-hit series.
Next, let’s discuss the directorial debut of Aryan Khan.
This young man, who is a complete hero package himself, has chosen to step into direction. Some of his dialogues in the teasers are so impactful they seem to surpass even Shah Rukh Khan’s. His looks, style, and confidence are remarkably similar to his father’s. Perhaps he is pursuing a different passion. While the other actors are noteworthy, Aryan Khan himself is the main topic trending. Other star kids could learn a lot from him, especially those who struggle in the industry and give one flop film after another without even knowing the basics of acting.
Fans are eagerly waiting for this series, but they will have to wait until September 18th.
Finally, a powerful dialogue from the trailer, spoken in Shah Rukh Khan’s voice, comes to mind: “ye sapno ka shahar hai par sabka nhi hai, aur is sapno ki duniya me kuch log hero k ghar paida hote hai or kuch hero paida hote hai.” This statement is absolutely true. Another dialogue that stands out is from an audition scene where Lakshya is asked, “tumhe star nhi banna?” His confident reply, “sitaarein to bohot hai, par aasman sirf ek,” is simply brilliant.
